Returns

Change your mind? We will gladly accept unworn, or defective merchandise. Please call 780-886-5683 or email info@iloveshakti.com for RMA# to return with your purchase.

For returns received within 30 days of purchase, we will credit your original form of payment.

All sale and discounted items are Final Sale.

When shipping back, it is advised you ship with tracking.

We do not provide return shipping labels. IF you would like to return something please contact us for the RMA, and you can ship with your shipping carrier of choice.

Shakti Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in transit when returning items.
